## **Welcome to Bitnimbus: Your Portal to Worry-free Databases**

We're so excited to have you on board. This guide will help you smoothly sail into your Bitnimbus account. Let's make your login experience as breezy as a cloud!
### **What You'll Need To Begin Your Journey**
* A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
* An internet connection (because clouds need the internet to float!)
### **Your First Step: Finding The Login Page**
Ready to embark? Here's how to reach the Bitnimbus console:
1. Fire up your favorite web browser on your workstation
2. Set your course to [https://login.bitnimbus.io/](https://login-staging.bitnimbus.io/)
And voila! You've reached the gateway to your cloud adventures.
### **Your Passport To The Clouds**
To login, you'll need:
* Username: Your trusty identification string that you set upon registration
* Password: Your super secure authentication string

### **Forgot Your Password?**
Don't worry, it happens to the best of us. Here's how to get back in:
1. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page or visit: [https://login.bitnimbus.io/forgot/password](https://login-staging.bitnimbus.io/forgot/password)\
2. Tell us your username\
3. Check your inbox for our rescue instructions
4. Follow the link to create your new password
### **Forgot Your Username?**
We've got you covered. Here's how to retrieve your username:
1. On the login page, look for the "Forgot your username?" link or visit: [https://login.bitnimbus.io/forgot/username](https://login-staging.bitnimbus.io/forgot/username)\
2. Click it to open the username recovery form\
3. Enter the email address you used to sign up!\
4. We'll send you an email with your username
5. Check your inbox (and maybe your spam folder, just in case!)
### **Locked out? Let's Get You Back In!**
If you've tried to guess your password too many times (we've all been there), your account might take a little nap. You can:
1. Wait 30 minutes for it to wake up on its own, or
2. Give our friendly support team a shout at
### **Troubleshooting Tips**
Hitting a bump? Try these:
* Make sure your browser is up-to-date
* Clear your browser's cache and cookies
* Check your internet connection
### **Keeping Your Account Safe**
* Create a unique, strong password for Bitnimbus (no pet names or birthdays, please!)
* Turn on 2FA (coming soon!)
* Keep your login details secret and avoid using shared credentials (sharing isn't always caring)
* Always log out when you're done, especially on shared devices
